Management

Genifuel Corporation was formed by James R. Oyler in 2006.  Since that time the company has amassed significant technology and intellectual property to address waste-to-energy applications, especially in the wastewater industry.  The company's ability to completely eliminate wastewater solids by converting these solids to biocrude oil and methane gas has attracted significant worldwide interest from utilities, government, and private plant operators. 

James R. Oyler
James R. Oyler is the President of Genifuel Corporation. Mr. Oyler has more than 30 years experience in technology management, and has served as president and CEO, senior executive, or board member of several public companies.

Mr. Oyler received an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University, and a Master's Degree from Cambridge University, England.  He is also a Certified Management Accountant. Robert K. Wilson
Robert K. Wilson, CPA, MBA, CGMA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Genifuel Corporation.  Robert has over 30 years’ experience providing senior leadership and financial planning and reporting.  He has held positions in both industry and consulting to water and wastewater utilities, real estate, finance, and manufacturing.

Robert was a partner with Mazars USA where he led the water and utility sector group and the industrials sector group.  Prior to Mazars he was a Partner with Grant Thornton, where he led the advisory services practices in New York and Boston. Robert was also Chief Financial Officer for American Water Services with over 1,800 employees and operations throughout the United States and internationally.  Full CV.
